ALAN C. WILLIAMSON, CPA, CFP®, MBA, CGMA
Alan has been a CPA since 1993, and earned his MBA and BS in Business Administration after graduating from the University of Colorado. With more than 30 years of financial positions with public and privately held companies his diversified background brings unique perspective to his clients. Alan's goal is to have all of his clients experience our commitment to excellence by providing total financial services to individual and small-to-medium business clients. His emphasis is on early planning incorporated with knowledge based financial strategies and coordinated business and personal planning.
DONALD J. BAGLEY, CPA, TAX MANAGER
Don recently joined Williamson & Co. P.C. as a tax manager. Don graduated with a BS degree in business-accounting from Montana State University and is a licensed CPA in both Colorado and Montana. He has over 25 years of experience in taxation having spent time both in public accounting and in a corporate tax department. Don has a vast knowledge of business accounting and tax law. He is a great resource for our staff and clients. Don is motivated to serve all his clients with outstanding personal service and to treat them all with same integrity and respect that he would his own friends and family.
PAMELA S. WILLIAMSON, MARKETING DIRECTOR
Pamela joined the firm in June of 2007 as the marketing manager. After graduating from Rocky Mountain Business College with her degree in Business Administration she worked as an accountant/bookkeeper for local businesses. Wanting to focus her career on marketing and sales, she pursued positions in the high-tech industry to gain experience, and to develop a strong understanding of marketing and sales. She remained in high-tech for more than 25 years. Her time in the industry gave her a plethora of knowledge in sales, technical support, and marketing management.
KEN LEGGE CPA, MT
Ken has been preparing taxes publicly for six years. He is a CPA and earned a Master’s in Taxation from the University of Denver. He majored in Finance at the University of Colorado with an unofficial minor in Mathematics and attended Colorado State University’s Accounting Concentration. He worked in corporate transaction tax for four years and three years in banking, lending, and investments. He raises two daughters and spends his free time with them, recreating outdoors, and volunteering with his church. Ken is a Colorado native.
Vicki has been in the accounting profession for nearly 30 years giving her a strong background working with tax preparation and accounting. She received her certification with the Unified Certified Public Accountants. She has expertise in the preparation of corporate partnership, business and fiduciary tax returns, working with clients from several varied industries. She oversees other accounting services including, but not limited to reviews, compilations, bookkeeping and payroll. She is a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor who assists clients in bookkeeping setups, training, and ongoing maintenance. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, jewelry making and riding her horse.
CHRIS OUTZS, CPA
Chris is a licensed CPA in both Colorado and Wyoming. He previously owned successful small businesses while attending Montana State University in Bozeman, MT. Chris graduated from Montana State with his Bachelors of Science in Business and a Master’s degree in Professional Accountancy. Chris began his career as an Auditor, auditing governmental agencies and governmental not-for-profit entities, but decided to make a change to tax preparation which would enable him to work directly with clients. He finds the client/CPA relationships extremely rewarding.
TAMMERA "TAMMY" L. WILGERS, CPA
Tammy has been a tax accountant working primarily with small businesses and their owners in several roles since graduating from Colorado State University in 1980 with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She has worked with the firm since 1988. She enjoys working with a wide variety of small businesses including agricultural business, and appreciates the personal relationships that are built as she works with clients regarding tax compliance, payroll matters, tax planning, Quickbooks systems, entity formation, and estate and trust taxes.
DENISE HUNT, CPA
Denise received her Bachelor of Science Degree, Majoring in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration from Colorado State University. She has over twenty years of experience in accounting and taxation. Denise has experience in small business, partnership and individual tax preparation, financial statement services, payroll reporting and bookkeeping assistance for clients.
ALEXANDER (ALEX) PEARDOT, EA
Alex joined Williamson & Co. P.C. as part of the recent expansion to Fort Collins. He entered the tax and accounting industry in late 2010 as a staff accountant for a local firm, then pursued and earned an Enrolled Agent Certificate from Front Range Community College, graduating in 2012. Since then, he has assisted taxpayers in various aspects of tax and accounting including individual and business income taxation, bookkeeping, tax planning, as well as additional taxpayer compliance matters. He enjoys working directly with clients while assisting them with various tax matters to ensure that they pay only what is required.
ELLEN GOODEN, OFFICE MANAGER
Ellen has worked for over 30 years as office manger in the CPA and accounting business and has gained immense knowledge working with and supporting our staff of professional tax and accounting specialists, as well as our clients. She has extensive experience in office administration. At work, she is excellent at communicating with people in a calm manner, is diligent about completing difficult tasks, and loves taking on new projects. She is the voice you hear on the phone, and the person who greets you when you visit the Williamson & Co. P.C., Ft. Collins office. It is no secret that she is excellent at office organization and in assisting people in a compassionate, yet professional manner.
TESSA ROMERO, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Tessa Romero is an administrative assistant at Williamson & Co. P.C., in Fort Collins, a position she has held for the past three years. She assists our professional tax and accounting staff by wearing many hats, and by using her exceptional technological savvy. She is a friendly voice and smile with staff and our valued clients. Tessa received her AA in Business Administration from Front Range Community College in 1990, and previously worked in private business and government positions with accounts receivables/payables, payroll and customer services. Tessa’s skill set adds yet another beneficial and positive dimension to our already stellar administrative support staff.
